| We got pelted with a little 'weather' last night. Lots of tree branches on the streets and quite a few power outages. Even had a tornado or two touch down.

Our seats are in the stands about 1/4 the way to the left end of pit road. The number 01 team was causing me hysterical laughter. On the first pit, the jack man came running out in front of the car and tripped over the jack then did a face plant in pit road. After the finally got the right side done, he dragged the jack the wrong way then had to go back around the front of the car with it. The next pit he was the front tire man and dropped the tire and it rolled almost all the way across pit road. On the last pit, I don't know who the second fuel man was but he dumped half the fuel on the ground. My stomach was sore from laughing so much. Who won Sunday Empty ?

Did you see this from the qualifying? Amazing!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4oSZIm3YAw Amazing he walked away after a hit like that!! I'm reasonably sure if Dale Earnhardt would of been in a car of today when he crashed he'd would of survived. In my opinion , the irony of it all is, if it wouldn't of happened the way it did there wouldn't of been all of the safety improvements that there are now and more drivers would be dying on the tracks. Much improved safety its all good!

Weather here has been decent, I could've ridden every day this week. But, the weather-guessers lied about rain on Wednesday. So, I drove the truck to work...
Yesterday morning was wild ridin' to work. FOG! Almost turned around and went home at one point. I couldn't even see the lines on the road.
By the time I got to the next off-ramp, it had cleared enough to see tail lights again...
Think it topped out about 75 here for the ride home...
S'posed to be 69 with partial clouds today...
