Saw you folks up East have been pretty wet lately.. Was very nice here this week for a change.  July was a hot one..  Cooler now, we went on a benefit ride today, well over 100 bikes for the Fisher House Miltary familys..   All good!

I hear ya,  what makes it worse right now for us is,  this new Injun has one of those damn catalytic converters thats makes it run way hotter than it should.    Gonna do away with that POS  ASAP. Lol!

Sunny but 100 here today      Havent been on here for awhile.   Took a ride to Okla and Houston over the 4th.   Tried to meet up with MT ( empty)  in FT Worth, but he had to be at the office until late in the day.   Got in a hell of a traffic jam there to..   Made it okay though.   Oh this reminds me let Carl know Marc, that empty has been trying to logon on here but said he cannot get in for some reason..?

We haven't rode alot this yr either.  Have taken some short trips a few times.   May has been a very wet month.  Rain every other day.  Summer is almost here though.   Better times on the way...   REF Battery:   I keep mine on the battery tender most of the time.  Its 3 1/2 yrs old still doing okay.  I had a problem a few yrs ago.  I was using loctite on the terminals.  Big mistake,  was messing up the ground.   Stopped using it, cleaned up the terminals, no more charging problems.

GOC wrote: Perfect day here finally. Looks like summer, but likely to get another blasts of arctic air.  Been enjoying riding though.  Got myself a new black denim vest that is real warm on ebay for $50....lots of pockets and fits good. My old leather vest was too small. I dont buy clothes often, but a good riding vest is a necessity. They call these conceal and carry vests.  Added a couple earned pins and a patch. All set for summer now.

Glad your enjoying the new ride and all that goes along with it..     I haven't been riding much lately.   Its been almost 2 mos ago already since my mom passed away.  Still dealing with her Estate and got her house ready to sell now..  Its been a bitter sweet Spring so far...
