I went through about 11 or 12 states and diesel was any where from 2.72 - 2.95.  I saw premium gas at 3.2x a gallon

Ol' Weez can't be too liberal else he'd be spouting for more immigrant benefits, gay marriage, more welfare, higher taxes, more spending and anti profiling.  Soo I'd vote for the old coot too!

Here we go again...

Iran warns U.S. on oil flow

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, supreme leader of the world's fourth largest oil exporter, said today that if the United States makes a "wrong move" towards Iran, energy flows in the region would be endangered. Iranian officials have in the past ruled out using oil as a weapon in Iran's nuclear standoff with the West, but Khamenei's comments suggested Iran could disrupt supplies if pushed.

Yeah, that's about right. Sonoco fuel at the local oval is $6.50 a gallon for 110 octane...

When all the local stations were around $2.00 a gallon, we were payin' $5.00 for racing fuel...

Looks like the 'infamous gas pill' has made it's rounds far enough that people are now getting busted over it;

I LOVE MY F250 Freakin diesel. even at $2.81/gal at 16 mpg!  Of course as I head back to Detroit next week to pick up the rig (notice the seasoned RV talk there?).  I may wish it was a VW Passat diesel.  Oh well WTF, life is short so  I might as well have some fun and piss off the tree huggers!

Around here the compact cars are really in hot demand.  I'm sure they are everywhere now days. Still see alot of SUVs,  but who can afford to sell one. No body wants to pay what they're worth since they're so poor on gas mileage.   Oh well,  it could be worse.   Just have to deal with it.  Maybe that'd be a good thing to get into driving a bus and pick up riders willing to pay.... LOL
